We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn, and pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

What Can Be Returned & Exchanged?

· All regular-priced jewellery: Eligible for a full refund or exchange.

· Earrings (for hygiene reasons): We can only accept returns or exchanges if item is unworn.

· Items with customization (e.g., engravings, birthstone selections): These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

· Returned within 30 days of delivery.

· Unworn, in the same condition as received.

· In its original, undamaged packaging and presentation box.

· Accompanied by the original invoice or order number.

· Securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@thechunkyjeweller.com within the 30-day window with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship the item back without an authorization.

2. Get Approval: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

3. Ship It Back: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds & Processing

· Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

· Deductions: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply only if the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition.

· Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items can be exchanged for store credit.

Exchanges

· We are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability.

· Please follow the return process above, indicating you desire an exchange. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:

Final Sale Items
